By engaging with our systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions.

Note: Mekong Insight Systems reserves the right to modify these terms as our intelligence frameworks evolve. Continued use following updates signifies acceptance of refined protocols.

Proprietary Assets

All content, including but not limited to analysis reports, intelligence frameworks, software code, graphic interfaces, and the "Mekong Insight Systems" brand identity, is the property of our corporation or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access insights for their internal business intelligence purposes only. You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of our insight systems.
Redistribute or sell raw data extracted from our platform to third parties without explicit written consent.
Circumvent any technical measures implemented to protect intellectual property rights.

Operational Usage Standards

Permitted Activity

You may use our intelligence platform to enhance your enterprise decision-making, conduct internal audits, and synthesize industry trends. Usage must remain within the scope of your subscription tier and local regulatory requirements.

Prohibited Interactions

Any attempt to inject malicious code, automate data scraping via unauthorized bots, or disrupt the availability of our analytics for other enterprise users will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Disclaimers & Strategic Risk

Mekong Insight Systems provides insights as an adjunctive decision-support tool. Intelligence is served "as is" and "as available". We provide no warranty, express or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy of predictive analytics or future market outcomes.

Decisions made based on platform intelligence are the sole responsibility of the enterprise user. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems.

Enterprise Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to Mekong Insight Systems for the specific service in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Data Source Integrity

While we strive for high-fidelity data, we do not guarantee the completeness of third-party datasets ingested into our intelligence engine.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hanoi.
